14 DAY RETURN POLICY
At ACENUTRITION, we want you to have complete peace of mind when ordering from us. We offer a 14-day return policy on all items from the date of receipt. Please ensure that the product is unused and that all tags, boxes, and other packaging are intact.
General Returns:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
- Send pictures of the packaging and product(s) to adorelifescience@gmail.com.
- For payments made by card, we will reverse the payment. For Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items:
- If an item is found damaged, missing, or incorrect as per your order and the website description, escalate the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Send pictures of the packaging and products to adorelifescience@gmail.com or call +91 8091500110 within 24 hours (excluding gazetted holidays & Sunday).
- We will arrange a reverse pickup and either issue a full refund via cheque or provide a different item in exchange, as per your request.
- Replacements are subject to product availability. The 14-day return policy does not apply to these cases.
Nutrition Products:
- Products must be received in their original packaging and sealed condition.
- Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns.
- Returns are not accepted for issues such as rashes, stomach upset, headache, or flavor preferences. Please consult with your healthcare expert before purchasing.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at adorelifescience@gmail.com or call +91 8091500110 between 10 AM and 6 PM to initiate a return.
- We will facilitate the pick-up of the item wherever possible.
- If a pick-up cannot be arranged, return the item via SpeedPost courier service, share the tracking details, and we will reimburse the courier costs.
